This years main recipient is Champion Centre whose mission is to provide high quality family/whanau based early intervention services for families who have children with multifaceted Development Delay, to educate about early intervention and to act with parents of children with Developmental Delay as advocates for adequate and appropriate community service

We also organise the Centre of Hope Children's Charity  Annual African Summer Festival in July each year.

Our aim is to promote the African community in Bedfordshire by showcasing our rich culture and build on relations within the community. This is also a fundraising event.

The event was successful over the last 2 years, very well attended and received excellent reviews in the local papers. We expect each year to be even better.

This event is spectacular and attracts dignitaries from across the African Continent and our own Local Mayor.
